This is a painting job only. The skirting has not yet been installed—it will be fitted the day after you paint. Your task is to paint all loose, uninstalled lengths ahead of installation. · Material: 22 lengths of primed skirting · Size: 4.2m long × 12cm high · Completion deadline: Tuesday Paint and roller brushes will be provided. Please use the supplied rollers—this is important because I’ll need to touch up filled and sanded areas after installation, and I want the texture to match your work. If you prefer to use your own roller, let me know the type in advance so I can buy the same one for the touch-ups. You’re welcome to work in the garden if space allows. If not, you’ll need to set up indoors. In that case, please bring protective covers for flooring and furniture.

The Barge board at the top of our house needs painting plus a black strip also along the front above the window above the door. I am happy to get a quote for a really good job (repairing the wood with resin, undercoats and final) but also for a quick rub down and paint. - good enough might be good enough depending on price. May also ask for the tiles to be painted. - it's a standard 1930's house. Long ladder can be used. - not in a rush, but need the price point to be good enough that I don't just do it myself when I get a spare weekend day. Would also like the red tiles on the front of the house painted. Happy to quote separately or together.
