End of lease cleaning for a small apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a balcony. Kitchen area is a small open kitchen with the living room. House is kept very tidy so the cleaning will take less effort than usual end of lease clean. The carpet needs to be steam cleaned. I am looking for someone to deep clean my small 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment on a monthly basis, please let me know what supplies you require and I will provide. The tasks I am looking to be completed is: Kitchen: - Deep clean all benchtops and splashback - Clean inside & outside of cupboards and drawers - Deep clean sink and taps (descale if needed) - Inside & outside of microwave - Inside & outside of oven - Stovetop and rangehood (including filters) - Wipe down fridge exterior (interior if time permits) - Floors thoroughly vacuumed and mopped Bathroom: - Deep clean shower (tiles, grout, glass, drain) - Remove soap scum, mould, and limescale - Toilet fully sanitised (inside, outside, base) - Vanity, sink, taps polished - Mirror cleaned streak-free - Cabinets wiped inside and out - Exhaust fan dusted - Floors deep cleaned Bedroom: - Dust all surfaces - Wipe wardrobe doors and mirrors - Vacuum floors thoroughly - Spot clean walls if needed Living Area: - Dust all surfaces - Vacuum and mop floors - Spot clean walls if needed This is on a $50 per hour basis where I am estimating it will take 2 hours due to the apartment being very small although if you feel as if more time is required upon coming, please let me know so I can know what to prioritise for this clean.
