Hi, Our tenants vacated the apartment and unfortunately left it in a dirty condition. We’re looking for an experienced cleaner to help us. I can share photos once we connect, and I’m also happy to be on hand at the start of the job to walk through priorities or answer questions if helpful. To be transparent: we’re only passing on part of the cost to the tenants for items we can’t reasonably do ourselves. We’re trying to keep costs as low as possible for them, but given the condition of the property, a proper clean is appropriate. Below is an outline of the required work: Kitchen – DEEP CLEAN Including, but not limited to: - Benchtops fully wiped and degreased - Exhaust fan cleaned (heavy oil build-up) - All cupboards cleaned inside and out - Roll-out cupboard cleaned thoroughly, including internal walls - Stovetop deeply cleaned (oily and greasy, esp around knobs) - Walls cleaned, particularly near the floor where grime is present Bathroom – DEEP CLEAN - Shower and shower screen - Sink, toilet, bath, and vanity - Removal of all visible grime, mould, and grout build-up on floors and fixtures (particularly in corners) Ensuite – DEEP CLEAN - Shower and shower screen - Toilet and sink - Removal of grout, mould, and grime from floors and fixtures Throughout the Apartment - Walls in all rooms cleaned of stains and marks - Exhaust fans cleaned (bathroom, ensuite, and laundry) - Wardrobes in Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 cleaned - Top of study area cleaned - Intercom top cleaned (dust and grime) - Dryer cleaned (lint build-up removal) Additional Notes - This job requires attention to detail and experience with deep/end-of-lease style cleaning - Please include all equipment and cleaning products - If you notice anything significant that may require extra time, please flag it early If this sounds like a good fit, please reach out! - Your availability - Estimated time required - Total quote (all-inclusive) Thanks, and I look forward to connecting.
