I am having a bbq for around 30 people from 3pm-6/7pm in my family's garden. I need someone who is able to support at the bbq by clearing up disposable used drinks and plates and any other rubbish, topping up people's drinks, keeping drinks cool by replacing any finished bottles into the fridges/ice buckets. General tasks like this to ensure a smooth running of the bbq and so host and guests don't need to worry about clearing up.

I have a room that needs decorating for my civil ceremony lunch one hour before the lunch. I have all the decor and it is purely a case of putting things in place and arranging.
