Hi there, We are having a party on our property and looking for a hospitality all-rounder for 2 hours to assist with the following duties: ** Cooking and serving food - pre made pizzas with added toppings, seafood, bbq meat, salads, nibbles etc. ** Cleaning - ensuring food areas stay clean and tidy, empty trash and recycling bins etc. ** Restocking drinks - adding more to fridge/freezer (no need to serve drinks). ** All-round - keeping fire burning, ensuring music playlist has some tunes in playlist etc. Ideal person is someone friendly, proactive and can demonstrate safe and clean food handling skills. Dress code is neat casual. The job will be approximately 6.30 to 8.30pm Saturday 26th July. You'll be welcome to enjoy food and non-alcoholic drinks whilst on duty, we are easy going people. The party is approx 40 people.

We need 2 people for 5 hours who are trained and experienced in catering/ hospitality and understand cross contamination/ handling food safely, to heat and serve 'gluten free' food (we are providing the food) at a house garden party for our cousins 60th Birthday approx 30-35 people. We are planning finger food 5-6.30pm and then some salads and roast vegies and spit roast, bbq to be served at 7pm and then do the cake, sweets around 9pm. Pack up, tidy, clean benches etc until 10pm We are hoping the two caterers can do an hour of organising/ prepping, start heating at 5pm and finish up around 10pm. We plan to use all bio degradable plates and cutlery so everything can be disposed but would like the caterers to keep busy with serving and tidying up as we really want the hosts who are family to make sure they don't get landed with all the work and they have time to catch up with family too. Breaks - caterers could take approx 20 - 30 minute break or 2 x 10-15 minute break during the 5 hours ( or let us know what works best for you and your team) and we could plan it so there is always one caterer around when one needs to have the break. We are open to your ideas and suggestions as you are the ones experienced in this field.
