We are seeking two professional and highly experienced hospitality staff members for a private birthday house party in Picnic Point. We are expecting approximately 40–50 guests and want to ensure a seamless, high-end experience for our friends and family. The Roles: 1x Cocktail Bartender: You will be responsible for managing a dedicated bar serving a set 3-drink cocktail menu (alongside beer and wine). Must be fast, organized, and confident in high-volume cocktail service. 1x Drinks & Canape Server: You will tray-serve drinks to guests and circulate canapes throughout the afternoon. You will also be required to assist with "glassy" duties (collecting/washing glassware) to keep the area tidy. Requirements: Qualifications: Both staff must hold a current, valid RSA. Experience: Previous experience in formal bars, premium event catering, or high-end venues is mandatory. Please highlight your specific experience with cocktails or function service in your offer. Attire: Smart-casual. Vibe: Professional, proactive, and well-presented. Logistics: Date: 7 February 2026- Saturday Time: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (5 hours). Note: If the event runs longer than 5 hours, additional time can be negotiated. Please include your relevant experience and your favorite cocktail to make in your offer. Public Liability Insurance and workers compensation protection required.
