We are having a house party with about 50 guests. The party starts at 6pm. Buffet dinner is catered for which will be served from 0830pm. For canapés, we need someone to do bbq lamb, cocktail skewers, chicken mid-wings and serve around while guests are enjoying the drinks. The bbq will supplement other stuff like cheese platter, spring rolls, fried cassava and other snacks. All bbq items would be marinated and ready to be cooked.
