We recently experienced a sewage overflow in our office premises in NW11, London. The drainage blockage has now been cleared by an attending plumber, however the affected areas still require professional decontamination and sanitisation due to sewage contamination and persistent odour. The contamination affected: - Office floor and staircase - WC area - Tiled flooring - Lower wall/skirting areas We are looking for a company experienced in Category 3 / black water biohazard cleaning and would like the following carried out: - Full deep cleaning and disinfection - Biohazard sanitisation - Odour treatment/deodorisation - Moisture assessment and drying if required - Cleaning around skirting boards, service hatch areas and wall edges - Removal of contaminated materials UPDATE: Pics added. To clarify: - There is no standing sewage remaining. - The affected areas are mainly tiled/non-porous office flooring, tiled staircase areas and WC areas. - The staircase was also affected due to foot traffic while the sewage overflow was being cleared. - There is no carpet within the affected areas. - Some lower wall sections/service hatch areas may also require sanitisation and assessment. - There is still a sewage odour present, so we are looking for proper deep cleaning, sanitisation and deodorisation. There are also contaminated cardboard and consumable materials that may require disposal. Please could you advise: - your suggested process for cleaning/decontamination based on the attached photographs - whether you anticipate any materials may require removal/replacement

Looking for a skilled painter/decorator to paint our entry hallway and staircase in a small Hackney flat. Everything is currently standard landlord white. We want to repaint it with a split colour scheme, as shown in the attached photos/mockups. The design is: * dark olive green below the stair rail * warm off-white above the stair rail * one full dark olive green wall where the skateboards are mounted * stair rail and skirting in dark blue/black * ceilings not included This needs careful prep, masking and protection of the stair carpet, landing carpet, doors and surrounding areas. Good cutting-in is important because the darker colours will sit directly next to the lighter walls and existing edges. Please only bid if you have experience with neat interior painting and can show examples/reviews of previous work. Photos and mockups attached.
