Guest WC - hole in the ceiling needs to be closed up. No extraction fan is needed. En-suite bathroom - it needs to be painted with mould stain primer and then bathroom ceiling paint. Communal wiring over the communal door is loose. Can you ask the same handyman to quote for fitting cable trunking? We want access to the cables in case we need to fix the intercom so it is best to mount the cable trunk on the wall instead of chasing them into the wall :) The flat needs to be cleaned and the outside area needs to be pressure washed.

Remove mould/grime from two bathrooms, including in silicone seals, shower tray base, hose for shower, and shower heads. Bathroom one (limited mould): - some of the silicone - the shampoo holder (shown in photo) - a yellow stain in the shower tray base where a bathmat was (photo included) Second bathroom (extensive mould): - the mould is on the walls and ceiling (worst parts are shown in the photos) - walls and ceiling need treating and repainting with a Zinsser BIN shellac-based primer and two topcoat finish coats using bathroom-grade paint with a mould inhibitor - shower heads, hose, glass screen fittings, silicone, all need redoing/cleaning I'm looking for a professional with previous experience treating mould. I'd like a proper treatment, rather than just a wipe down. Please supply all materials and bring your own tools. A new extractor fan is being installed to help ensure the mould does not come back.
