We’re a newly incorporated charity seeking ongoing bookkeeping and accounting support. SCOPE OF SERVICES: • Monthly bookkeeping (≤25 bills/month via Xero + Hubdoc; bank feeds; fixed assets; multi-currency receipts). • Payroll for 1–3 staff (fortnightly, STP2, super, EOFY summaries). • Quarterly BAS lodgement & GST reconciliations. • Monthly board reporting (P&L vs budget, cash runway, restricted funds, balance sheet, variance commentary). • Budget & cashflow updates (12-month + 13-week). • Year-end financial statements & liaison with independent reviewer. • Policy support (e.g. revenue recognition, restricted funds). OPTIONAL: • Expense management (Weel or similar). • Salary packaging advice (if FBT status changes). 30 hours per week. $25/hour increasing to $40/h in 2 months. The price of this task is for a 1-hour initial induction/trial. Hours: - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Sunday. Tab two - to be two individual reports/tables/dashboards consisting of Hubspot emails and Qwilr. Tab 3 - to be a fully automated and updated with real time sync completed emails section or archive. Tab 4 - to be a large scale dashboard consisting of all emails, just a large scale overview of the email inbox. Tab 5 - to be A carefully constructed email template section, where I will create all required template emails, and also a comprehensive list of data which is the most common terminology or phrases used in Sales that I can just copy and paste directly into Hubspot once I have completed a call and wanted to provide details on the call. I am flexible with price!
