Accountant/Bookkeeper

We are a small independent café based in Colindale, London and are looking for an experienced bookkeeper/accountant with payroll experience to start as soon as possible. About the business Small volume of transactions Currently using 3S POS Will be onboarding Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat shortly Looking for someone who can help establish efficient processes as the business grows What we need Weekly bookkeeping review and support Payroll administration Bank reconciliations VAT and routine financial compliance Integration and reconciliation of POS and delivery platform sales Regular management information and oversight Working arrangement Weekly meeting/check-in required Ideally in person at our café once per month Online meetings for other weeks are absolutely fine Flexible working hours Non-negotiable requirements Must be comfortable using FreeAgent (or willing to work exclusively through FreeAgent) Must be able to work within our agreed budget Experience with hospitality, cafés, restaurants, or takeaway businesses is strongly preferred Location Colindale, London NW9 Please get in touch with: A brief introduction Relevant hospitality experience Availability to start
