I need a business coach and helper who can guide me through day to day operations and help me grow as a manager while we actually execute. Focus areas: hiring, onboarding, role design, feedback systems, basic HR compliance, simple KPI dashboards, meeting rhythms, negotiating with landlords and suppliers, reading and understanding contracts, avoiding common traps, and building my confidence to advocate for myself. I want help to find short, practical courses and templates, then practice skills live: interview scripts, performance check-ins, conflict scripts, negotiation prep. Scope: two hours per week, online preferred, with occasional Melbourne meetups possible. Style: calm, structured, direct. Please be neurodiversity-affirming, with experience simplifying decisions, breaking work into steps, and holding gentle accountability. Deliverables each week: a short priority list, a script or template, and a 30 to 60 minute co-working block to implement. Ideal background: small business ops, people management, HR or legal literacy, service business experience. ABN and invoicing required.
