We are a cleaning and linen management company looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help manage our daily operations remotely through WhatsApp. Pay: £5 per working day Responsibilities: • Monitor WhatsApp groups for cleaners, clients and linen teams. • Confirm cleaners’ arrival times and send cleaning checklists. • Forward before and after cleaning pictures to client groups. • Check in with cleaners approximately once per hour during active cleans. • Remind cleaners to send pictures and provide progress updates. • Coordinate linen collections and deliveries through WhatsApp. • Tag or message management if anything is unclear. Working Days: • Usually 3–5 days per week, depending on bookings. Work is not guaranteed every day. • Seven-day availability will be required for a four-week period when both business owners are unavailable. • This is not continuous work throughout the day. You simply need to check WhatsApp regularly and respond when needed. • Payment is only for days worked. Training & Long-Term Opportunity: One week of training will be provided, followed by independent working with occasional supervision. We are initially offering a one-month trial, with the opportunity for permanent, long-term work if you perform well. Requirements: Good written English, reliability, organisation and responsiveness. Previous experience is helpful but not essential.
