I need a rollout and operational plan for launching the commercial division of Call a Cooler in 6 weeks. Some background: We have been ion the B2B space, direct selling in SME's. Ss per our website, we rent office wtaer coolers. We have 5500 Units spread across Syd, Mel, Per and Bne primariy and can service Adelaide, Canberra, Wollongong, Central Coast and the Sunshine and Gold Coasts. We currently have 6 sales peoiple in B2B and 15 service techs spread across the country. We are in our 16th year of business. We have a rich database which we could mine for new relationships and additional coolers. We then could tele appoint leads for the Commercial Manager. What I want is a rollout of how this will work from Lead and who does it, how sets up what and then the intial meeting, what collateral is used and what outcome do we look for at the first meet. We use Salesforce atm for our CRM. Once the sale is made, how do we fulfil it and who does it. What should the salary and the omms package look like for the Commercial Sales manaher. He is currently on $130k and commission of $50 per sale off every sale is team does (6Pax). He gets approx $5000 gross comms per month. I need a full commercial rollout This has been done on GPT, I just need it polished up and put into a Powerpoint or something similar that is presentation ready

I have a small charter boat operation. Owner / Operator I have calculated on an excel spreadsheet the net profit for 4 months 01 July 2025 to 31 October 2025 It’s very simple, basically all income from clients such as Bedarra Island & Visitor Centre plus cc payments from Square. Expenses are only fuel and maintenance/ service of outboard engine ect. The figures and bank statements will be provided and the excel spreadsheet listing all income & expenses. So just need to be checked and a letter provided to show the profit in that timeframe and stating that this is my primary source of income. The letter needs to be by a qualified accountant on a Professional accounting business letterhead. That’s it.
