I have a customer who needs a roof vent fitting for a 100mm Aircon outlet. Must be fully insured. Must be experienced roofer. I went to install thinking the bedroom was middle floor which is a standard core drill. Instead it will need a few tiles moving and a vent kit supplied and fitted. There's is a velux roof window skylight right next to the roof space so there's a possibility that this may be done from inside the property?
