I'll mark the approximate pod location with the metal detector before you arrive, but please bring your own detector too to confirm precisely Tiles are bevelled grey metro tiles — please be careful with the drill to avoid cracking/chipping What I don't have — please bring or advise in advance: Power drill with carbide tile bit (for drilling through ceramic) and metal bit (for the pod behind) Stainless steel screws/fixings suitable for fitting through tile into a metal backing plate (please confirm sizing once you've seen the seat's fixing template/bracket holes — happy to order these in advance if you tell me what's needed) Marine-grade silicone sealant for sealing all drill points against water ingress Spirit level Job includes: Confirming exact pod location Drilling and fixing the wall bracket securely Setting seat height — I'll specify the height on the day (around 540mm from floor, may adjust slightly) Attaching seat, back, and arms Sealing all fixing points with silicone Testing seat operation (fold up/down, arm movement, weight stability) I'm a full-time wheelchair user, so a secure, professional fit is essential — please only respond if you have experience with grab rails, shower seats, or similar fixtures into tiled walls.

Measure, supply and install new blackout blinds for the back door, fitted to the correct size and reaching close to the floor. 2. Measure, supply and install new blinds for the office room. 3.
