I need someone to install self-adhesive tiles on my bathroom's wall and ceiling which has old paint coming off. My bathroom dimensions : 190 cm (length) × 170 cm (width) × 240 cm (height). We have a newly installed shed that we've decided would be better on the other side of the patio and therefore needs moving. It's a standard 8ft by 4ft wooden shed. It'll potentially need moving and rolling along on something like scaffolding poles. Looking for an experienced bathroom installer or glass specialist to help source and install a narrow shower screen. The screen will be approx. 25–30 cm wide and run floor to ceiling. One side fixes to a wall that has a tile-to-wall transition partway up (approx. 1.5 cm step), so this is not a completely flat surface. We need someone who can advise on the best solution, help us choose and order the correct materials, and then complete a clean, professional installation. Important: please explain how you would handle the tile step (for example U-channel, trim solution, or custom-cut glass). We want a clean, intentional finish, not something that looks patched or filled. This task is for labour only. We will pay separately for materials, but would like you to recommend what to purchase and either provide a receipt or invoice for reimbursement. Requirements: proven experience installing shower screens or bathroom glass, confidence working with uneven surfaces, and ability to deliver a high-quality finish. Looking for someone reliable who can fully complete the job (including advice and installation), not partial work. Please clarify if you have done similar work before.

This is to finish areas where a new wall was added, so the skirting needs to tie in seamlessly with existing boards. I need a skilled carpenter to repair a damaged timber door frame and hang a new solid oak fire door. The door is heavy (42kg), so I am looking for someone with the appropriate tools and experience. Scope of Work: 1. Remove and dispose of old door 2. Structural Frame Repair: The current timber jamb is badly splintered at the strike points as a result of a locksmith needing to use force to break in (see photos). Needs a professional repair so the frame is structurally sound again. 3. Door Hanging: Hang a new Victorian 4-Panel Oak FD30 Fire Door (2032mm x 813mm x 44mm). Trim as needed - the floor is uneven and will need some trimming particularly on the height of the door either side. The door has 20mm solid oak lippings to accommodate this. 4. Hardware Installation: - Install 3x Grade 13 hinges - Consolidate Locks: Remove three existing locks from the old setup. Re-install only ONE insurance-approved ERA BS3621 5-Lever Sashlock and its matching strike plate (pictured) into the repaired frame. - Install new lever handles (57mm centers). 5. Finishing: Ensure the 44mm door sits flush in the 46mm frame rebate. Patch/fill the old lock holes in the frame so it is ready for sanding/painting. Materials Provided: - Solid Oak Fire Door (42kg) - 2032mm x 813mm x 44mm - 3x Grade 13 Ball Bearing Hinges - Heritage Brass Lever Handles. - Existing ERA BS3621 Sashlock & Strike Plate (pictured) Tasker Requirements: - Must provide own professional tools - Must provide timber, professional wood glue etc for the frame repair. - Experience with heavy solid-core doors Photos: Please see attached for the current frame damage and the hardware being reused.
