Hello, We are looking for a skilled handyman, plasterer, or painter to repair a small hole in the ceiling at our retail store, in Midland Gate Shopping Centre. The Issue: A small hole has appeared in our ceiling near the pre-test room. This was previously associated with a water leak during rain. We believe the source of the leak has been addressed by Centre Management; however, we now need the physical hole in the ceiling repaired professionally to prevent any further issues and remove the hazard. Ceiling height: Approximately 4 meters The Job: The task is to patch the hole and repaint the area so it blends seamlessly with the existing ceiling. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the high ceiling (approx. 4 meters). 2. Preparing the area around the hole, patching it with a suitable filler, and sanding it perfectly smooth and flush. 3. Applying a spot-prime to the repaired area. 4. Painting the patch to match the rest of the ceiling. Paint Specification: We have the exact paint details for a perfect match: - Brand: Dulux - Colour: Berkshire White 73712 - Finish: Satin Requirements: - MUST have experience with high-quality plasterboard repair and interior painting. - You MUST bring your own tall A-frame ladder or appropriate platform to safely work at a height of approximately 4 meters. - You must supply all necessary tools and materials, including plaster filler, sandpaper, and a small quantity of the specified Dulux paint. - Must work cleanly and professionally within a live retail environment. - Public liability insurance is required. Hi there, I recently had an electrician install additional power points, and to do this they needed to cut a hole in my gyprock wall. They’ve filled the hole, but the finish is quite untidy and hasn’t been painted. I’m looking for someone experienced with gyprock patching, sanding and painting to: • Sand and smooth the repaired section of the wall • Repaint the area with the paint I’ll provide • Do any additional touch-ups needed to make the wall look neat and seamless again. 🧰 Important details: • I already have the matching paint. • I don’t have any tools, so you’ll need to bring your own (e.g. sanding tools, brushes, rollers, drop sheets, etc.). • Wall is standard interior gyprock in a residential home. • Access and parking are easy. We are in the process of buying our first home on a rural block. A 2 bedroom brick home that we would like the interior painted before we move in. We anticipate to move at the end of the month so hoping to get it done then. One of the bedrooms and toilet has been painted on (could have missed some spots because of the poor lighting so might need be to looked over and some areas redone). Paint, brushes and drop cloth are supplied. We just need you to finish the job and for it to be done decently. A high attention to detail, painting/labouring experience will be highly regarded.

Interior Painting – New Build (Walls Only) Hey! I’m looking for a reliable painter to paint the interior walls of my new build in Upper Swan. Areas to paint include: • Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 • Theatre • Living & dining • Hallway and entry The walls are brand new plasterboard (not sealed yet), so they’ll need a sealer/undercoat plus two top coats.
