Overall scope Production of a professional 5-minute video from an existing script. In a professional studio to include slides and a product demo. Required audio support Professional sound recording including EQ boost, audio compression, echo elimination and other voice enhancements to create a dynamic vocal delivery and a studio quality audio. Required video support Video recording (Single camera) in HD/4K quality for an inset video of the presenter alongside a 12 slide PPT presentation including 30-45 second product demo. If possible, the presenter video can include logo and watermark for the Polity brand (https://bastion.li / https://polity.li ). Depending on the facilities either an inset video as per a Loom type video or overlay on greenscreen would be suitable for the presenter as the focus. Required script support The script exists and has been reviewed and signed off by the team. However, as we are seeking to make the video delivery as engaging as possible, we will require a teleprompter and feedback and coaching on the energy of delivery and engagement with the audience. Recommendations for minor changes in phrasing, language and delivery would be welcome to support the goals above. Required assets Fully edited final video with slide progression, product demo and speaker video insert. If possible, a separate video with just slide progression, product demo and voice over. Hi there, I’m looking for an experienced AV equipment to provide support for my wedding ceremony at Blackburn Gardens, Double Bay on August 31, 2025. Requirements: • Supply and set up 2 speakers for clear sound across the garden. • Provide 2 wireless microphone and microphone stand for the pastor/celebrant. • Ensure good audio quality for a crowd of around 100-130 guests. • Bring all necessary equipment (speakers, mic, stands, cables, backup batteries, etc.). Timing: • Set up needed by 11:45 AM for an 12:30 PM ceremony. • Pack down immediately after the ceremony (~1:30 PM).
