My shower is not producing any water at all. • Brand: Aqualisa (thermostatic mixer) • Issue: The main control knob turns normally, but no water comes out • Sink and other taps in the property are working fine, so water supply is not the issue • Boiler is working (hot water available elsewhere) I suspect the internal cartridge or valve may be stuck or blocked (possibly due to limescale), but I’m not sure. What I need: • Fix the issue • Please bring tools and any common replacement parts if possible
