We are looking for a friendly cleaner with great attention to detail to clean our Airbnb after each stay. Check out is 11am and check in at 3pm so cleaning will need to be completed between this time if we have back to back bookings otherwise we can be a little more flexible. Access to keys is via lockbox. Tasks include, vacuuming, mopping, wiping all surfaces, cleaning bathroom and toilet, sweeping patio if needed, stripping and remaking beds with fresh linen and checking supplies and letting me know if things need to be replenished. Hello. 👋🏼. I'm a single dad with 2 small girls (7&9 👧🏻👧🏼), looking for help in keeping my house in tip-top shape. I'm looking for a regular cleaner for my 3 bedroom, 2½ bathroom townhouse in Randwick. 🧹🧺🧼 Tasks are cleaning, dusting, changing beds, tidying and packing away (eg: toys), emptying dishwasher, laundry (including folding and putting away) and organizing (pantry/wardrobes etc). Other tasks only every 4-6 weeks done on rotation (eg: fridge clean, windows etc). Attention to detail 🔍 and being proactive in identifying ways to help a busy time-poor parent is a key attribute. Anticipated 4h per week would cover all tasks. The first week I can meet you on Tuesday morning at 830am for the first clean to show you the place and where everything is? Longer term the regular day would preferably be on a Wednesday afternoon. If the initial clean is good, regular long-term weekly rates can be negotiated. Cleaning products and vacuum cleaner provided but happy for you to bring yours. Please note: Previous air-taskers who have replied as ‘individuals’ often seem instead to be managers, and send teams of 2-3 workers. Although the work is generally good, they tend to only clean, rather than tidy/put away. As such, i would probably prefer 1 person only with an eye for detail, who i can entrust my home to. We own a two-storey Airbnb-style property and are seeking a reliable cleaner to perform regular cleaning, about once per month (or as needed between guests). Parking available onsite Stair access from ground floor to upper level. General cleaning between guest stays; occasional deeper tasks.
