You will NOT need access to our Meta accounts. Instead, your role is to review the public social media pages of other builders and document what they post, how often, and what trends they follow. Your Responsibilities: • Analyse Instagram & Facebook pages of 15–20 competing builders • Record post frequency, post types, and design trends • Identify high-engagement posts (likes, comments, themes) • Track which designs, façades and styles are being promoted • Record what features and keywords are most common • Capture screenshots of posts and organise them clearly • Summarise competitor trends weekly • Provide insights on what is working and what buyers are responding to You MUST be: • Detail-oriented • Great at searching online • Good at organising information • Comfortable using spreadsheets • Able to think logically • Reliable and consistent Nice to have (not required): • Social media experience • Knowledge of interior design or real estate • Knowledge of Australian builders Hours: 3–5 hrs per week Pay: $20–$30/hr (flexible)
