After I switched on TV the fault appears after 10-15 minutes. The issue is not with HDMI through Virgin. Checks have been done on Amazon Prime and Netflix with the same lines appearing but these start in the middle of the screen and move down. YouTube also has the same lines displayed. Also tested Samsung on Terrestrial TV through the aerial and the picture fault still exists on all the tests carried out. I have taken some videos on each check carried out.
