I need a small aerial removed from 5/6m height. Installer installed it by standing on window ledge. 5 M ladder can also be used. I need cable pulled out and hole patched. There was a small chip to brick work where drill made hole. I have pictures. 13mm bolt was used if I recall correctly.
Rudi was very professional. He fixed up the holes quickly and efficiently and has kindly offered to do a touch up in a few days time. I would highly reccomend Rudi.
