A brick appears to be missing from the external wall next to an upstairs bathroom window, and birds have nested inside the cavity wall. I’m looking for someone to inspect the issue, replace the missing brick, repair the mortar, and seal the opening once it’s legal to do so if the nest is active. I have a video of the issue and would like a fixed price quote and your earliest availability.

I need the fence height reduced to less than 1 metre to comply with highway regulations. I’ve attached two photos. One shows the fence that has already been reduced to the correct height. Old water fountain feature that is built into the wall. It have been out of action for many years and built up a blockage that cant be solved without getting into the wall. I need someone to get into the brickwork, replace the current hose and replace the brickwork.

Some brickwork has been damaged on the gable end wall, just underneath the fascia boards. There are two holes. Birds were nesting there until recently but are now gone. It's about 7 meters high. It should be a relatively quick job but my ladder won't reach and I'm no good at heights :(.

I have a warehouse which is brick built and has some damaged / missing bricks on the exterior which I'd like to be replaced. I have plenty of spare bricks from an alteration so just require somebody to do the job. Also there is a Concreate block wall which at some point was modified. I'd like the reinstate the corner interior wall and tie into the exterior bricks to provide a bit more security to the bricks which the door is bolted into.
