Build a small wall with gate outside property

A tie rod (a metal rod attach to a plate) has come unscrewed and needs reattaching to the wall. The rod is 7-8 meter high up on the wall so a 8 - 10 meter ladder is required. Re drill 3 holes, wall plugs and screws. The tie rod fell off the wall and is wedged behind the soil pipe. The rod is Victorian, as is the house.

We are rebuilding the first level retaining wall on our house. The pre labour has been done, materials are ready and waste will be disposed my us. This is purely for labour only.

The exposed brickwork in the kitchen is in places crumbling and the lime mortar failing. The ost degraded bricks (approx 10) need replacing and the wall needs repointing with lime mortar.

Need some bricks in our driveway re done so they're completely level with the rest of the bricks.

We need repairs to the boundary between our garden and the neighbouring property. The brick garden wall is leaning/falling into our garden and needs to be rebuilt safely. The timber fence panels/posts have also fallen and need to be reinstated as part of the repair. For a ground floor extension: Brick laying - 4 courses of blues, 13 linear meters. Then 100mm dense blockwork, about 15m^2. Including installation of wall ties into timber frame. All materials on site. Work to commence on or after 25th May (flexible).

We have bricks and the cement but need someone to lay them in the garden to replace the current wooden decking, part has already been laid but without cement

I just need a small wall build out of block

Remove the existing perimeter brick wall enclosing the rear yard in full. Construct a new double-skin brick wall to the full boundary line of the yard. The wall is to be built to a finished height equal to the existing single-storey rear extension, creating a continuous, level perimeter. Incorporate a full-height external-grade door within the new wall, positioned to provide direct access from the rear street into the yard. The door must be suitable for future enclosure works (i.e. capable of forming part of a fully enclosed structure), not a gate. The current scope is limited strictly to demolition of the unsafe wall and construction of the new double-skin wall with integrated door. No roof structure is included at this stage, but the wall must be built to a standard and height that allows for future roof installation.

I need a wall built on side of my house. Berween my side and neighbours side. At the moment there are 8 fence panels between the houses. Outdoor building will get knocked down.
