I’m looking for someone to completely clear and tidy my back garden and then prepare and replant the lawn. The garden currently has a large amount of rubbish and unwanted items that need removing, including: An old fridge/freezer An air fryer/electrical appliances Several full bin bags Old cardboard and carpet/materials Broken/unused garden items Old furniture/household items General garden waste, branches, leaves and debris Other miscellaneous rubbish currently around the garden I would like everything unwanted removed from the garden and disposed of properly, leaving the area completely clear. Once cleared, I would like the garden prepared for a new lawn. This would include removing the existing patchy/poor grass and weeds where necessary, clearing any remaining roots/debris, levelling and preparing the soil, and then laying new grass/turf or reseeding the lawn (please advise which would be most suitable). I’d ideally like the finished garden to be a clean, level and healthy grass lawn, rather than simply cutting or tidying the existing grass. I have attached photos showing the current condition of the garden. Please provide a quote for the full job, including garden clearance, disposal of waste, lawn preparation and new grass. Please also let me know if there would be any additional disposal or material costs.
