I’m looking for someone to help me surprise my girlfriend after she finishes the Vitality London 10,000 this Sunday, 27 September. The task: • Collect a prepaid sunflower bouquet from a florist in central London at around 10:00 AM (exact florist/location will be confirmed beforehand). • Take the flowers to the official Meet & Greet area in Green Park, near the race finish at Buckingham Palace. • Please aim to be at Green Park by around 10:40–10:45 AM. • Wait there while I track her progress in the race. She starts at around 10:00 AM and I expect her to finish at approximately 11:10 AM. • I’ll stay in contact with you via WhatsApp/message and let you know when she has finished. • Once she has cleared the finish area, I’ll give you the go-ahead to call her. You can then tell her you have a delivery for her and arrange to meet her at one of the A–Z Meet & Greet signs in Green Park. The flowers are a surprise, so please DO NOT contact her before I give you the go-ahead. There will be road closures around Buckingham Palace for the race, so you should be comfortable getting to Green Park on foot/public transport rather than relying on parking. I’ll prepay for the flowers, so you won’t need to purchase anything yourself. Expected time required: approximately 10:00 AM–11:45 AM. I’ll be coordinating everything remotely, so good communication on the morning is important. Thank you!
