Ensure video and audio is perfectly synced. - Optimise recording workflow using Riverside.fm Podcast software. I'd like to be able to easily start/stop recording with the click of a button, start editing, and then also save local backups of the final video's. - Optimise positioning of equipment for best recording. I've got things setup roughly where I think is best, but would like further advice and guidance on it. - Introduce clean cable management. - Bring any extra cable and equipment needed to optimise the setup. (I don't have a 'capture card' which AI is suggesting that I may need) - Perform multiple test recordings on-site to verify that audio and video remain in sync and the PC handles the processing without lag. - Tutorial: Provide a 15-minute training on the "start-up" and "shut-down" sequence to ensure I can do it myself next time.
