Need a hole drilling for computer cables to run from bedroom upstairs to downstairs front room.

I’m having a template appointment for new quartz worktops on Friday. My current laminate worktops need to be removed before the template appointment, and then temporarily got back in situ for a couple of weeks, before being permanently removed prior to the quartz installation

Bathroom sink taps is leaking all the time and outdoor hosepipe tap leaks when turned on. I also have a stuck pop-up sink plug that could do with replacing.

While i was trying to solder some wires to the board a resistor came off and while trying to repair that another one fell off and went missing

We need two toilet seats replacing, one is a toilet with the cistern boxed off and a D shape seat, the other is standard. We also need a new tap installing on the bathroom sink and either a repair to an outside tap or a new tap fitting. We haven’t bought the seats or taps yet so the price can include the fittings being supplied as well as installing them or we can purchase them and just pay for installation .
