I need either a retired or semi retired Electronics engineer to repair the PCB board that is encased in the Monitor/Computer for my Racquet String machine from the 90's as the battery was leaking for several years and corroded the ICs / Trace lines so that the display no longer functions.Also a Molex female plug needs to be fitted which needs to be fitted to one end of a cable which connects the PCB board to the CRT power unit.I need someone who can spend time investigating the problem.Someone who can spend time looking at which ICs have been damaged and there are Trace lines that need replacing or re routing/bypassing certain components?Also a Cell Battery replacement is needed.

Rake out old sealant, clean and dry, reseal with mould resistant silicone colour matched to light quartz. Also tighten the taps underneath if there is any movement. Both Blanco undermount sinks.

Looking for someone to fill some gaps in my entryway flooring and a nearby skirting board corner. Two related jobs, same location: 1. Floorboard/parquet gaps — several gaps between wood blocks near the entrance, along the skirting board line. Need these filled with a flexible acrylic wood filler (not rigid filler) so they can move slightly without cracking out. Ideally colour-matched to the wood tone as closely as possible. 2. Skirting corner gap — a mitred corner joint has a small void behind it. Needs filling with flexible acrylic caulk, and the cavity behind it packed first if it looks hollow.
