Need someone to put splash back sticker tiles on a small area of our kitchen. The tiles are stickers and come as two long strips they just need to be cut a little bit (with scissors)

Our budget is £200 to £250, so we know that may not cover everything. Please let us know what you could do for that, and we'll pick up the rest ourselves. • Second coat of paint on the staircase walls, landing and upstairs hallway (ceilings are already done) • Second coat of eggshell on the woodwork (skirting and frames) • Paint 6 doors, all already primed • Staircase: old paint is stripped and mostly sanded. Needs a second round of filler, a light sand, then primer or undercoat • Skim a small airing cupboard using Dalapro Roll Nova (roll-on skim). Happy for this to be a "have a go" job as it's only a cupboard • Optional: fix a creaky staircase up to the loft. Only if you're comfortable with a bit of carpentry, and happy to price this separately Paint is supplied. Ideally this Tuesday 20th or Wednesday 21st October, and happy to spread it over both days. **1. Refit roller blind bracket** Roller blind bracket pulled out of the window reveal. Plasterboard anchors have torn out. Need old holes filled and both brackets refixed properly, either into the uPVC frame head or into solid material behind the plaster. One window, under an hour. **2. Reseal two kitchen sink areas** Failed sealant along the worktop to upstand joint at two separate sink areas in the same kitchen, plus around the base of the mixer tap at each. Rake out old sealant, clean and dry, reseal with mould resistant silicone colour matched to light quartz. Also tighten the taps underneath if there is any movement. Both Blanco undermount sinks.

There is leak from the ceiling downstairs that is directly below the shower cubicle upstairs. Need help to locate fault and fix

My bathroom toilet keeps dripping into the toilet

Looking for someone to fill some gaps in my entryway flooring and a nearby skirting board corner. Two related jobs, same location: 1. Floorboard/parquet gaps — several gaps between wood blocks near the entrance, along the skirting board line. Need these filled with a flexible acrylic wood filler (not rigid filler) so they can move slightly without cracking out. Ideally colour-matched to the wood tone as closely as possible. 2. Skirting corner gap — a mitred corner joint has a small void behind it. Needs filling with flexible acrylic caulk, and the cavity behind it packed first if it looks hollow.

Waste pipe from bathroom shower has detached. Waste pipe from kitchen is leaking. Have new bath taps and plug that we want installed.
