What do computer support services include?
Computer support has evolved from the highly technical tasks of wiring or coding. Nowadays, you can have a tech specialist helping you without the hefty fees or long waiting times. Plus, with technology being the norm, there are so many things that you can have done by a customer specialist – whether it be for your chores or business.
This service isn't just for the technology-challenged, too. Even those who fully grasp software programs and computer parts may need an extra hand now and then.
If you're curious what a computer support technician can help you with, we've listed down a few!
Home office configuration
If you still haven't set up your home office or plan to upgrade, we can connect you with computer network support specialists to help you seamlessly integrate each device into the ecosystem.Â
Â
You'll be surprised at how many things can get done faster if you wirelessly connect your printer to all laptops and desktops at home or when the Wi-Fi connection extends to all corners of the house. You can even produce a whole live stream video with almost the same quality as a professional audiovisual tech studio with the right home office setup.
E-commerce setup and management
With all of the advances in online shopping and last-mile delivery, opening a digital shop has become more and more enticing to entrepreneurs. There's more opportunity for you to reach your ideal market, even if they live miles away from you.Â
Â
If your current challenge is setting up your e-commerce store, then you've come to the right place. Taskers can help you get your store up and running, ready to accept orders. If you're a service-based business or just starting out, you can also hire a Wix developer to minimize the costs of a fully coded website.
Â
For product-based shops, you may want to get assistance from product testers, too. You'll get solid feedback without the risk of damaging your brand. They can help you improve your product's formulation, design, and overall quality.
Software troubleshooting
Are you having a hard time with your computer software? Let computer support specialists assist you in checking what's wrong and explaining how to fix it remotely. Taskers aim to be courteous and helpful when working with you. Computers keep evolving, so there's always something new to learn. Even computer science students need tutors, and developers need to attend training. There's no need at all to feel ashamed if a software or iOS prompt confuses you.
Â
If you're ready to get help for your computer conundrum, simply put up a task in our easy-to-use platform to find a specialist near you.

Gaming Livestream Setup – In-Person Help Required
£150
South Woodford, Greater London, E18
25th Oct 2026
I’m looking for someone with hands-on experience setting up gaming livestreams to visit my home in South Woodford, East London. I already have most of my setup in place, including my OBS scenes and streaming elements. My biggest problem is getting the audio configured correctly and making sure everything works together. I’m not looking for someone to build a stream from scratch. My equipment: * PlayStation 5 * MacBook Air M1 * RØDE RØDECaster Duo and microphone * Avedio Links USB 3.0 capture card * Elgato webcam * OBS Studio, streaming to Twitch and TikTok LIVE simultaneously * Aitum Vertical for TikTok * Spotify, alerts, sleepy chat TTS and RØDE sound pads What I need help with: * Correctly routing PS5 gameplay audio and game/party chat into OBS so viewers can hear both. * Configuring the RØDECaster Duo, microphone, headphones and sound pads correctly. * Setting up separate, controllable audio levels for gameplay, game chat, microphone, Spotify, alerts/TTS and sound pads. * Making sure all alerts and sleepy chat TTS work on both Twitch and TikTok. * Checking my existing OBS scenes, sources and audio tracks without unnecessarily rebuilding everything. * Testing both streams to ensure the audio and video work correctly, with no missing or duplicated sound, feedback or interference. My scenes and most of the visual setup are already created. I mainly need someone who understands the technical side of PS5 audio routing, the RØDECaster Duo, capture cards and OBS, and can get the whole setup working reliably. Important: This must be an in-person home visit. I’m not looking for remote support. Budget: £150–£200 maximum, including travel. Please only respond if you have relevant practical experience with gaming livestream setups and can demonstrate that everything is working before the job is complete.
