Help me reorganise and clear the most and lift some heavy boxes into it and get other things down for disposal

I have someone moving into my house on Monday and I need help with the following: - Putting up a flat pack metal wardrobe unit (like a rail) - Helping to sort the office area out - Placing some items in the garage and helping to tidy garage - Helping to sort out utility room - moving some books from one bookshelf to the other

Carpets; removed wallpaper; some building waste; old kitchen units

Building works going on.So need to remove all wastes

General loft clear out as moving house - bulk of the stuff needs to be disposed of .. a few bits staying as we will take them on to our next home. Items staying - Lamp, lampshade, a couple of suitcases, wardrobe with suit bags The rest can go! - TV’s broken and large so tough to move but I got them up there so one person can get them down! No light in the loft - I have torches / body lights which I used for taking the pictures

I have 2 single garages that need clearing and items taking to the recycle centre. It’s mainly gym equipment - I can’t move load and unload by myself(it’s a tad heavy) and I I could, it won’t fit in my car.

We are looking for someone to help us move a heavy wooden television stand from the groud floor up to the loft room to place in the eaves storage.

We need help to clear out our loft. It’s boarded and accessible by stairs but as limited headroom.

I need some furniture moved around in my garage, it all needs to be brought out in order to be packed away safely. I am pregnant and my husband works away a lot and also ha a back injury. There are about 15-20 large plastic boxes that are heavy, a table, a kids book shelf, a rail of clothes, some cardboard boxes. It’s all jumbled up and we need to bring things out in order to pack them away neatly. - Due date: Flexible

To lift boxes of books 2 flights of steps- 20 - 30 boxes - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 1 June 2023

Packing up remaining bits. Bulk of my move has been done. Taking stuff to the dump, loading car to take bit home to garage. I don’t have a van so ideally need a small van to move the few bigger items. - Due date: Before Sunday, 21 May 2023
