They’ll sit white vinegar in the ice maker and dispenser lines for around 10 minutes to break down any lime, before rinsing with clean water. Next, they’ll clean the nozzles with a damp cloth and vinegar, getting into any grooves to remove dirt. Finally, they’ll wash the ice bin with soapy water then dry with a clean towel before putting everything back together, including the water valve.
