Do not book him for end of tenancy cleaning. The job was for a 2-bed, 2-bath property with mattress cleaning, but this was not done. He had no proper equipment, complained about cleaning bathrooms, used a faulty vacuum that left dirt, and refused to clean cabinets until tipped. The service was below standard, and my agent confirmed I must now pay again despite spending £170.
