My entire flat has become overwhelmingly bad and I am in dire need of someone to come here a few times a month ongoing to get it under control and then to continue to keep ontop of it once the situation is under control. Everything needs cleaning and my disability is preventing me getting it under control. Applicant needs to be patient and understanding. £20-25 per hour is what I can afford, up to £100 per month. I am physically disabled with a degenerative condition and with the flat in it's current state, the council won't send anyone in to help me which is entirely frustrating and a rock/hard place situation. I have 3 chill cats and 1 friendly chihuahua so please do not apply if you cannot handle cleaning up after them or being near them, it's entirely understandable if you can't but I'm trying to save everyone's time here as one of my cats currently isn't using the litter tray properly due to the state of the flat. I can provide shoe covers, latex gloves, masks and if wanted I can order paper suits in your size, I would still suggest wearing clothes and shoes you don’t care deeply about either way. Presently the focus would be on removal of trash which I can then get the council to collect, during which getting the kitchen usable again and clearing the bathroom, then moving onto other areas. We could agree on either an hourly rate if you like to blast along or a per target rate so that you can take your time and take as many breaks as you'd like. I have all cleaning products you could possibly need along with a good vacuum and a carpet cleaner so you wouldn't need to provide anything but yourself, determination and much elbow grease. I can also cover a bus or train day pass to cover your travels and would also be happy to provide cold drinks if you let me know what you like ahead of time and when the kitchen has been emptied of cardboard, tea ect.
