1. Install the aluminium flashing I already have between the house wall and the pergola to seal the gap and make it weatherproof. The flashing should be securely fixed to the wall with suitable masonry fixings and sealed with an exterior-grade silicone. 2. Secure the pergola to the patio by drilling through the pergola legs and the patio tiles into the concrete base below, then bolting the legs down with appropriate fixings. Please bring the necessary tools for drilling masonry, tiles and aluminium, along with any fixings and weatherproof sealant required. Photos are attached showing the existing gap. I am flexible with the amount offered.

Assembling the complete gazebo. Ensuring the structure is level, square and securely installed. The fourth gazebo leg will sit on an existing porcelain patio. The final fixing method for this leg will be agreed during installation. Please provide all tools and materials required to complete the installation, including concrete and any fixings needed for the foundations.
