Find an experienced driveway repair contractor in London

I’m looking for someone experienced with concrete driveway repair/resurfacing for a front driveway in E1, around 18–20m². The existing exposed-aggregate concrete is generally solid, but the top surface has worn away in places and is shedding some small stones, sand and grit. I’ve checked the worst areas and the concrete sounds solid rather than hollow. There are no obvious major structural cracks or significant sinking. I’d prefer to repair and resurface the existing concrete rather than rip the whole driveway out, assuming the slab underneath is sound. Ideally the job would include: pressure washing and proper surface preparation removing/grinding back loose or weak material repairing deeper worn or damaged patches suitable exterior concrete repair mortar bonding primer/SBR or the manufacturer’s recommended bonding system resurfacing the full area with a polymer-modified concrete product suitable for driveway/car traffic simple grey brushed/non-slip finish keeping the existing levels and drainage waste removal and tidy-up I’m open to the tradesperson recommending the exact product and thickness, but it needs to be suitable for external vehicle traffic and applied according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Hi, I’m looking for help with a driveway gate near DA2 A long metal strip/edge trim has come away from the side of the gate. The gate has electric automation, and since this happened the gate appears to be opening/closing incorrectly, so we have stopped using the automation for now. Rub down and paint a low wall that runs around the front driveway

Excavate and Prep: Dig down 6–8 inches to allow for a base layer and concrete thickness, removing all grass and soft soil. Set Forms and Base: Install wooden forms along the perimeter. Pour 3–4 inches of gravel and compact it thoroughly to prevent sinking. Rebar Installation: Drill holes into the side of the existing driveway and insert rebar to connect the old and new concrete, ensuring stability. Pour Concrete: Pour the concrete into the forms, ensuring it fills the edges. Use a bull float to level the surface. Finish and Cure: Use an edger for smooth edges and apply a broom finish to match existing concrete. Remove forms after the concrete has set.

We have a medium sized concrete driveway with pebbles in it, that has a few large cracks that we would like filled. We are happy to supply materials with your advice on what products are needed. An example of the cracks can be seen in attached photo. We are not looking to resurface the whole driveway, we simply need the cracks filled as they are becoming a trip hazard!
