Hey, bit of an odd one lol. I'm terrified of spiders but want to start using my verandah again for the summer. I need someone to clean it up from cobwebs and spider spray it for me. I have bought a huge container of barrier spray (pic attached) Tasks would be: - Clear out furniture - brush down furniture and spray pallets with spider spray - brush cobwebs from railings, screen door, walls and roof - wash railings - spider spray EVERYTHING - sweep floor and rinse - clean patio door - put the furniture back It's probably a 2-3 hour job. Replace ends of rotten verandah posts. Treated timber or stirrups anchored into a new concrete block will be considered. Concrete block or concrete pour. Temporary bracing/beam support and levelling might be required. Job is expected to be done per code and good industry practice. Date is flexible and indicative only.
