Require a builder to quote on verandah. As if can be repaired would be good and avoids permit required. However if needs replacement the permit is required by city. So a inspection to quote correctly will be required. Also happy to obtain materials if also helps with costing and time. Hi, I am wanting to get a Verandah built in the back yard, and it to be made of Timber, i am wanting the timber to be merbu colour, and with a colourbond roof coloured monument, with a few clear panels as well. Or I am up for any recommendations, I have posted some photos of some frames I like the look of as well as the house plans so you can see what the area looks like. I am wanting it to be approximately 8m x 4m. We will also need a permit from the council, as part of the quote.

I have a Pergola/Verandah kit with Building Permit. Due to work comments I am unable to install it into my investment Property. It is located in Beekeeper Rd, Armstrong Creek. Hi Callum, you may remember you fixed some doors at my place earlier this year. I would like to get a quote to replace some decorative verandah mouldings which are rotten (the white part in the attached photo). This would involve removing existing mouldings from 6 posts and mitre-cutting and attaching replacements. Plus attaching mouldings to two further posts at the back where there are no existing ones. I have the timber.
