Finish painting top of 1 vertical post 2. 4 long roof beams running parallel to the house 3. 7 roof beams running across 4. Small touch ups in a couple of areas. Highest point is approx 3.5 metres Paint will be supplied. Will need to supply own paint brushes, drop sheets etc. Flexible on timing. - Due date: Flexible

All 4 sides of two vertical posts 2. 4 long roof beams running parallel to the house 3. 7 roof beams running across 4. Outside only of 4 bays of railing. Valleys have already had two coats but will need another coat/ touching up from the outside. 5. Outside only of 4 vertical posts See photos labelled with numbers to help explain. Paint will be supplied. I have some basic brushes etc but probably best to supply your own. Will need to bring your own ladder. Flexible on timing. Thanks

We had a rat issue in the ceiling. Need someone to clean out the ceiling and maybe repair holes where they were getting in. For more explanation message or call. Rats have been moved on. Dirty job bring face mask and gloves. Access to ceiling via roof removal of roofing tin. Must have tools to remove and replace tin.
