Thinking of rendering my double storey townhouse.

We have a front brick fence with slats on it, that has old cement/sand render on it that is falling off. We need to remove the old render on it so that it can be re-rendered correctly. Can be chipped off using a hammer and chisel, or a hammer drill with a chisel head (which we don't own). There are six columns and three fencing sections below the slats, columns are roughly 1.8m high and 40cm wide. The three fence sections are roughly 2m X 80cm. - Due date: Flexible

Hi. I have a small chip on the external render of my house (see picture) that I need fixed. Would like it done asap as I have a home open next weekend.

Brick wall outside in alleyway; 4.75m long, 1.8m high bricks. Brickwork is messy (as it was originally built abutting a fence which I've removed) so needs tidying up and possibly repointing in places. The gaps/hollows can be filled in however you see fit; either just plain mortar, or cut bricks/tiles etc? Rendering doesn't need to be a flat finish, just tidied up and rendered best effort finish. Coloured render to be similar/match with surfmist fencing. There are limestone blocks below the brick line which I'd like tidied up; these can just be repointed, rendering optional depending on if that's recommended to go all way to ground? Schedule: No particular rush so let me know what's feasible. (Date entered is arbitrary) I work from home so flexible with timing/days. I don't want it spread over too many days though, so if you can do all tidy/repointing in one day, then rendering another day (doesn't need to be consecutive days though). Cost estimate I've got no clue, so put in a nominal $300 but expect this is wrong.
