The hole on the drywall ceiling in the garage needs to be repaired. There was a water leak above the ceiling which caused this hole (the water leak is now fixed. The area has dried out and now needs to be repaired. The area around the hole is sagging as can be seen from the pictures, those parts need to be repaired and fixed as well. - Due date: Flexible

I patched up a drywall after a plumbing work, however I could not get the patch to be sanded out evenly (this is my first attempt therefore highly inexperienced). the curtain can't be open and closed using the rope. I think it is due to wrong installation. the hettich drawer part is broken, therefore the front face can't be attached to the drawer. a new door ( already painted ) need to be installed. one door need to be cut a bit shorter, to avoid friction to the new carpet. - Due date: Before Saturday, 17 September 2022

Hello, looking to get the larger wall existing drywall removed and new drywall installed in a kitchen, requires new cornice and repairing of ceiling for where old wall cabinets were removed. Wall with window requires some patching up where tiles are to be removed on either sides on the window. Completion of job should be ready for wall to be primed and painted.
