Hi there need 53 sqm of new 19ml stringy bark flooring sanded and polished floor and a section of existing , will be installed in a week or so

I'm replacing the carpet in my 2-bedroom apartment with hybrid timber flooring. The area is 38m2 (living room, 2 bedrooms and common corridor). I need someone to remove the existing carpet (and dispose of it), and install the new flooring (6.5mm inclusive of underlay), with beading around the skirting. Please quote for labour only. The flooring will be supplied and the disposal costs will be paid at cost.

I have 110sqm of timber flooring that was layed back in 2010. Want the floors to be restored, they are in pretty good order other than the usual busy areas, so probably 2 pack polyurethane topcoat with any preparation as needed before. The job would need to be done the last week of September once all the furniture has been removed.

Around 70 square meter and 12 steps area needs to be installed engineered timber including quads glue and transition installation. Also carpet nails needed to be removed. Carpets itself will be removed recently.
