Concrete floor preparation in my garage. The area is approximately 2.8x5.4m (15sqm) and I'm converting part of the garage into an internal room. The existing concrete slab has several high spots and lumps that need grinding down, along with a significant low area that needs levelling — roughly 15mm depth variation across the floor. The finished floor will have SPC flooring laid over a vapour barrier, so I need a flat, level result suitable for a habitable room. I'd like a combined quote for grinding the high spots and screeding/levelling the whole area in one visit if possible. Happy to send photos or have someone come and inspect. My alternative would be SLC but it needs some prep/cleaning first. Available pretty much full time including weekdays.

I need someone to handle accurate levelling, screeding and bull floating (EDIT) on this exact day - Sat 14th Feb in the morning. We estimate the pour to take about 25-35 minutes. Should only need you for about 3 hours. This needs to be someone experienced at laying and levelling concrete, and has their own tools.
