Looking for an experienced tiler or screeder to prep a small bathroom floor in a town house level 1. This job is for the screeding work only. We are managing the waterproofing independently and will have the first coat applied and cured on the plywood floor before you arrive. You will be screeding directly over that first coat. ​Your offer must be a fixed price including ALL labor and materials. Scope of Work: ​Floor Dimensions: 2.4m x 1.8m (Total area approx. 4.32 m²) ​Screed Thickness: Nominal 30mm thick, laid over the pre-waterproofed subfloor. ​Shower Area: 900mm x 900mm area requiring correct, accurate falls created toward the waste. ​Stop Channels: Supply and install aluminium water stop angles/channels on all 4 sides of the 900x900mm shower perimeter. ​Materials to be supplied by you: Everything required to complete the job (sand, cement, screed mix, bonding agents compatible with waterproofing membranes, and the aluminium angles). ​Requirements: ​Must have proven experience with bathroom screeding and setting correct falls over a waterproofed membrane. ​Must bring all necessary tools.

I would like to get a screeding done in my balcony and a concrete/cement cove all around the internal perimeter. Two balconies, 13sqm total.

Looking for someone to do bathroom tiling and cement screed (fall) work for a 2.2㎡ bathroom. Wall tiles: 1200 x 600 mm Floor tiles: 330 x 330 mm Tiles are already supplied. You will need to bring your own cement, sand, tile trim/edge finishing materials, and personal tools. As shown in the photos, waterproofing has already been completed. The job requires approximately half a day for the cement screed (fall/gradient) work, followed by one full day for tiling.
