I have 1 balcony that is leaking so needs to be pulled up and re waterproofed and then 2 other balconies to be retiled im happy to possibly retile over the other 2 without ripping up tiles. Need to be able to do a waterproofing certificate for insurance or we can find a water proper to come and do it. Open to negotiate price. Just need it done possibilities for more work as I have 2 bathrooms that need to be retiled as well - Due date: Flexible
