I have two tiles that have been broken. Two replacement tiles have been found at a recycling market that are close enough match but they’ll need to be cut as they are slightly larger. Will also need an exterior sealer as they are relatively smooth. Need the old tiles taken up, new tiles laid and grout/sealer to finish.

In my laundry I have a skirting tile and very small splash back which I need to remove to retile. The plumber who rearranged the taps says it will be quicker and easier to cut out the existing tiles as when you remove the tiles they are destroying the plasterboard due to strength of glue.
