I’d like to finish off the kitchen and laundry renovation with tiles on the walls. I have the tiles, you will supply the adhesive. You’ll need cutting tools to ensure neat and tidy edges. The laundry is small, around 10 tiles of 300 x 600mm. The kitchen splashback is 3-4 m2 total. This is subway tiles of 100 x 300mm. The kitchen will need two power points cut out as well. Also, there is a small gap between the bathroom and sitting room that needs a sliver of tile to cover. Again, I have these tiles. I’d really like this job done either Friday afternoon or Saturday afternoon.

I need a professional tile and grout cleaner for a small 3 bedroom townhouse - common tiled areas only include 1 bathroom, 1 en-suite, hallway, kitchen, dining area and front porch. All ground floor. Approx. 40m2.

We have 4 broken tiles outside that needs to be removed with new ones installed. We have the new tiles (they are different sizes as the new ones are 30cm x 30cm so need to be cut). You must provide grout and glue, we will only provide the new tiles.

Need floors of whole house cleaned (3 bedrooms, sunroom, loinge room and study) and outdoor tiles. Patches of silicone and grout removed from tiles both in the kitchen, study, sunroom and outside - this is a must, so if you don't know how to or have experience in doing so, please don't offer to help as we have tried a cleaner and also doing it ourselves with no luck. The indoor grey tiles are textured and hence why it can't just be scraped off. See photos. See photos.
