Remove & replace mouldy grout in shower area ( approx 90cm, x 90cm x 240cm ). There is no leakages or tiles that need replacing. The area that needs attention is the shower area only ( not complete bathroom ) . - Due date: Before Saturday, 27th Nov 2021

I have one floor tile that is broken and needs to be replaced. See attached photo. Size is 600 X 600. Need it done asap as the property is vacant and needs to be re-leased.

The tiles on the step at the front of the house have become loosed. I would like them to be secured/cemented back onto the step. The tiles do not need replacing and only need to be glue/cemented back on. There are 3.5 tiles that needs to be secured. The job needs to include necessary tools and materials (only glue/cement/grout). It can be done on a flexible date. Please see the picture of the tiles on the step. Thank you.

i would like a quote for a house renovation. floors is timber now, but will need sand and cement bed for approx 150m2 the house tiling is 130m2. porcelain, 10mm thick 600mm x 600mm there are 2 bathrooms. 1 main bathroom, approx 7m2 floors. with walls approx 30m2 another ensuite is approx 5m2 floor, with 3 slabs included for walls. 2400mm x 1200mm slabs porcelain x 10mm please advise your rates per m2 and also per bathroom or as a total job.
