The current grout is failing/incorrect, causing water to seep through and adhesive to leach out. Note: I am planning to render the brick wall underneath these pavers later, so you do not need to worry about cleaning the stains off the bricks—just focus on the pavers and the seal. Scope of Work: Remove Old Grout: Carefully rake out existing grout from bluestone joints (entrance area/steps). Prep & Clean: Clear joints of debris to ensure a proper bond for the new material. Regrout: Re-fill joints using a high-quality, waterproof grout/compound specifically for natural stone. Waterproofing focus: The primary goal is to stop water from getting behind the stone and into the sub-structure. Requirements: Proven experience with natural stone/bluestone.
